We deliver to addresses within Lebanon. For international deliveries, please contact our customer service team to discuss options and associated costs.
2. Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery times within Lebanon are usually 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Express Delivery: If you require faster delivery, we offer an express delivery service. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be dispatched the same day and should arrive within 1-2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or delays from our courier partners.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Delivery: $5 or free for orders over $500.
- Express Delivery: $10 per order.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Delivery Confirmation
A signature may be required upon delivery of your order. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier may leave a delivery card with instructions on how to arrange for redelivery or collection from a local depot.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you promptly. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs if the package needs to be resent.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damage. In case of lost packages, we will work with our courier partners to locate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. International Deliveries
For international deliveries, please contact us to discuss your requirements. Additional shipping costs and longer delivery times may apply. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country.
